Lew Rubens, Kink.com's Bondage Consultant, has been teaching both amateurs and experts the ropes for years. But while classes and demos are certainly a lot of fun, they don't give quite the same sense of accomplishment as watching someone grow from a BDSM novice into a master rigger. So when he crossed paths with an eager student named Luke Degre last year, Lew didn't hesitate accepting the fledgling rigger as his new apprentice. Dedicated and passionate about his education, Luke was a model pupil. After over a year of intensive training, Lew felt confident that his protégé was ready, and helped set up an audition shoot so that Luke could try to turn his dream of working for Kink.com into a reality.

Kink.com Founder and CEO Peter Acworth recently returned home to San Francisco after a 6 week long trip to Europe. While he did spend part of his trip vacationing and visiting family and friends, Peter couldn't resist himself, and actually spent a good portion of his time off....working. After meeting up with Kink.com models Sandra Romain and Steve Holmes in Budapest, he immediately got to work scouting Hungarian locations and models for an upcoming Kink.com location shoot. With this trip to Budapest already being planned, and an exciting potential partnership with some of Kink.com's favorite models, it's clear that Kink.com has a lot to look forward to.

So Technical Production Manager Jeremy, along with members of the Art, Production and Facilities teams, set out to identify and solve these audio problems so that every scene shot at Kink.com can sound as good as it looks.

When he isn't hard at work keeping the IT department on track, Kink.com's Chief Technology Officer Daniel is also an enthusiastic photographer with a keen interest in fetish-oriented subject matter. You may have noticed a new banner on the top of your favorite Kink.com website that links to something called 'Kink on Demand'. But in case you haven't investigated any further than that, we wanted to fill you in on what this exciting new website is all about. Kink on Demand gives members the ability to buy shoots on a shoot-by-shoot basis, using an artificial currency called 'Kinks'. You can also use Kinks to watch test shoots and soon, content from outside producers as well. Having been a dream of both Kink.com's and its members for quite some time, it's great to finally see Kink on Demand go live. Just the first of many exciting new products Kink intends to launch this year, it's safe to say that kink as you know it just got a whole lot better.
