After six long months of painting, nailing, sanding and removing thirty years of debris, the last two windows in the SF Armory Window Restoration Project have been finally installed. This massive undertaking was a commitment that Kink.com Founder and CEO Peter Acworth made when he purchased the building in December of 2006. From its inception, this process went through many different stages; from first getting approval from the San Francisco Landmark Preservation board, to finding the right kind of window to replicate the Armory's historical aesthetic, to repairing the damage caused by years of neglect that destroyed the original window frames, the project has literally shed some light into the formerly gloomy interior of the Armory, and softened the building's ominous character. Having greatly enhanced the Armory's exterior, Kink.com is much closer to reaching the goal of restoring the building to its original splendor.

Kink.com is always seeking fresh faces and new models to enrich our content. Though we all have our favorites, breaking in a first-timer is something that everyone can rally behind. Recently, Kink.com's new Pussy Wagon chauffeur Guido approached Senior VP of Production. Lisset Barcellos, about his friend, Tripod Man, a little person with some big assets and a yearning to be an adult entertainer. Seeing the potential of this enthusiastic applicant, Kink.com put Tripod Man to the test by having him participate in the live shoot for Princess Donna's yet-to-be-named new website. And after delivering a strong performance with Samantha Sin, Tripod Man had the attention of the entire company.

During the last few months, Kink.com has held many company contests, designed to highlight the wide variety of the Production Department's skills. Prizes have been given out for the best photo, the best website promo, and unforgettably, for the best orgasm. The contests are widely popular with both Kink.com employees and Behind Kink viewers. This month's contest showcased the creative workings of our websites' directors, as well as the innovative craftsmanship of Kink.com's Art Department, with a contest for "Best Use of a Prop." Since the contest focused on many of the Art Department's creations, they also chose the winner. But, we'd still like to know what you think is the best use of a Kink.com prop. Kink.com's production department has been hard at work developing live audience shoots. With the recent success of both Donna's live Wired Pussy shoot featuring Delilah Strong, and the very first Ultimate Surrender tag team event before crowd-filled bleachers, it was time to put this new producing know-how to the test. So Kink.com invited some very special guests to be part of the act, our Affiliates. Not only were they allowed to be spectators in an Ultimate Surrender tag team match featuring Isis Love and Jade Marxxx versus Annie Cruz and Wenona, but they were also allowed to view a new project in development, Princess Donna's new website. The affiliates got a firsthand look at how we create our content and produce our live events. The energy and excitement of a live show clearly makes them a one-of-a-kind experience for performers and viewers alike.

As summer approaches, it's time again for many of Kink.com's directors and production crews to leave the Armory's dark corridors and head out for some new locations. Fucking Machines and The Training of O will embrace the great outdoors on a ranch in Bakersfield, California; Isis Love and TS Seductiom are taking an RV road trip to Los Angeles; and Princess Donna and Marty head to Budapest to shoot the fresh-faced girls of Hungary. With six websites getting ready to leave Kink.com's headquarters, there is much advance preparation, including organizing transportation, pre-production meetings, and the packing of every whip, crop and fucking machine imaginable. Everyone's hard work will no doubt pay off to produce spectacular, exotic shoots that will have members begging for more.

Lew Rubens' protégé Luke Degre auditioned for Kink.com last month by directing a Sex and Submission style test shoot. Although he completed two scenes, he had to cut the day short due to complications related to his diabetes. Within a few short weeks he was back, in better health and high spirits, determined to complete his test shoot. Once Peter and Lisset had seen the aspiring Dom's work, the next step was to meet with Luke to discuss his future with Kink.com. With positive reactions from both Peter and Lisset and several new website possibilities in the works, it seems promising that Luke might soon be the new kid on the Kink.com block.

Every new set and prop that Kink.com builds adds yet another dimension of fantasy to their already prodigious playground. But while fresh backdrops and toys undoubtedly inspire creative new storylines and torture scenarios, they rarely impact a website's direction as significantly as Ultimate Surrender's brand new bleacher seating just did. As soon as the risers were in place, 40 lucky guests were invited to be part of the first Live Audience Tag Team match in Ultimate Surrender's history. And with plans to invite members and fans to future live matches, this foolproof combination of sex, sports and spectators is likely to become the hottest ticket in town.
