CyberNet Entertainment believes in the responsible behaviour of adult website operators and in giving web surfers a fool-proof way to block material intended for consenting adult viewers only. We believe the establishement of the .xxx TLD is basically a good idea. However, news that the organizations pushing for its creation (IFORR and ICM) have purely financial or legislative stakes in the project has tempered our enthusiasm for the concept.

CyberNet Entertainment LLC has updated its policy to make condom use mandatory for all scenes involving penetrative sex. CyberNet Entertainment has also canceled all penetrative sex scenes scheduled between April 9th and June 7th. We hope other companies will also make condom use mandatory, out of respect for their models. These decisions come in light of the recent HIV scare, which has been contained thanks to the great work done by AIM-MED.

Prior to April 9th, our policy was to allow sex without condoms only in cases where the participants were active couples, and these couples had to explicitly state what they were doing to about the risk of STDs and pregnancy on the finished video.
