One of the resolutions of last month's executive retreat was to organize a quarterly company-wide meeting in which Peter Acworth and all of Kink.com's department heads could present their recent accomplishments and goals for the future. So last Friday, all 92 employees gathered together in the employee lounge for the first official executive address. Some of the most important developments that Peter wanted to present to the company were Kink.com's newly refined mission, vision and values statements because Peter has realized Kink.com's growth will be meaningless unless each employee grows alongside with it. After the speeches, everyone was in the mood to celebrate. And while it might not be written, it's commonly understood that another one of Kink.com's values is being dedicated to and skilled at having a good time.
