the extension .rmvb is just another form of a REAL player extension. The 'vb' just refers to the way in which it's compressed. It should work exactly the same. It does for me. If it is still giving you problems, simply delete the 'vb' part from the extension and try that. it should work interchangably. Let us know if you continue to have problems in the Technical Support section of the Forums.

Does this mean that in some time ALL content will be available as iPod video downloads, too?
With this updating of kink.com videos, does that mean the older US matches will soon be available for round-by-round download as opposed to the current dozen-or-so clips per match format?
If you become a member of Kink.com, do you get access to all of their 13 sites? Or do you just get into one site?

At the moment each site requires an individual membership. One day soon we'll be able to do multiple memberships and an all-access membership, but for now, it's one at a time.

guess what mike? you're in luck. We just signed a deal with Pulse and we're currently in the process of producing our first line of DVDs. Every Kink.com site is in the process of making 6 of them and hopefully they'll be released by the end of the year. I'll keep you posted as i know more.

When we finally are ready to encode all of the older content, we will encode it is the same formats we currently encode all our movies. As long as we are still encoding for ipod, we will encode the older content for ipod as well...in addition to WMV and REAL.

Is there any chance that you will offer the option to select clips in MPEG format in addition to real, windows and ipod, then, now, or in the future? Even though this does not rival DVD, some of my disc players can read MPEG's for a satisfactory viewing experience projected onto a television screen.

Well, the ipod version is technically an MPEG. There are lots of different forms of MPEG. I am not certain if in the future we will offer other ones but for now, the ipod version is your best bet.

some of your realplayer tabs (REAL) have a suffex of .rmvb and do not invoke realplayer. the tabs that have a suffex of .rm invoke realplayer and display properly. Please correct. Thanks. Tony
